New Series 2 Perfect Chairs (PC-420, PC-600, PC-610) include a Manufacturer's 5 year limited warranty. The Chair Frame and Structure are covered for five years from the original date of purchase. In-Home Parts and Labor Service is covered for three years from the date of purchase. A 5 Year Extended Warranty can be purchased to extend the In-Home parts and labor service portion of the warranty to a total of 5 years. New Series 2 (PC-410, PC-500, PC-510) Perfect Chairs include a three year Limited Warranty. The Chair Frame and Structure are covered for three years from the original date of purchase. Parts are covered for two years from the date of purchase. In-Home Parts and Labor Service is covered for 1 Year from the date of purchase. New Series 1 (PC-6, PC-075, PC-095) Perfect Chairs include a one year parts only limited warranty. The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. The chair (or parts) will need to be returned to the manufacturer for service by technicians. Chairs are packed for shipping and require assembly. Detailed Warranty information.
Refurbished Chairs include a 90 Day parts warranty. Parts are covered for 90 Days from the original date of purchase.
