New HTT-10iCRP / HT-130 massage chairs have a three year structural warranty. New HTT-10iCRP Human Touch® (formerly known as Interactive Health) massage chairs come with a manufacturer's one-year limited warranty against mechanical defects (cosmetics are not covered). Parts are covered for one year from the original date of purchase. Parts and Labor are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase. Factory Refurbished Interactive Health Massage Chairs include a manufacturer's 6-month Limited Warranty against mechanical defects (cosmetics are not covered). Parts are covered for six months from the original date of purchase. Parts, Labor and Shipping are covered for 60 days from the date of purchase. The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. The chair (or parts) may need to be returned to the manufacturer for service by technicians. Chairs are packed for shipping and require minor assembly (White Glove delivery, setup and box removal is available on all chairs for an additional fee). Extended warranties and not available on Factory Refurbished Chairs. Warranty is not valid for chairs shipped out of the United States and Canada.
