               HOW DOES IT WORK?
               The EMS unit has two outlets known as channels. Each channel 
                has two wire connections with two pads attached at the end of 
                each wire. The EMS unit delivers a gentle electronic impulse to 
                your muscles via the soft self adhesive pads that comes with your 
                system. By placing the pair of pads on a particular muscle, your 
                muscles responds to the impulses that are generated by contracting 
                and relaxing rhythmically as instructed by you through the unit. 
                When a muscle contracts as a result of a unique EMS/TENS signal, 
                the chemical changes taking place within the muscles are similar 
                to those associated with voluntary contraction in "normal exercising". 
                These chemical reactions which results from muscle contractions 
                utilizes glycogen, fat and other nutrients stored in the muscle. 
                These resulting series of muscle contractions will enable an individual 
                to build, tone, and strengthen, and to combat flabbiness and improve

            1. Why should I buy an EMS Device?
                    There are two reasons:
                           
              A. For relief from minor pain (joint pains, muscle aches, etc) and 
              stress
                           
              B. To strengthen muscles, improve overall appearance, and enhance 
              your physical training
            
            2. How does EMS work?
                     EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) 
              uses electrical current to stimulate the muscles. This electrical 
              current is similar to the electrical impulses produced by the brain 
              to move muscle tissue.    EMS devices are designed 
              for passive exercise and pain relief. There are ways to use an EMS 
              devices in a way as to make it an active exercise. We only recommend 
              this approach to someone who is very familar with the units.
              
              3. What is Russian Stim?
                     Russian Stim is 2500Hertz at 
              50 pulses per second. This means that 50 times a second a 2500Hertz 
              pulse stream is sent to your muscle. The benefit of this is deeper 
              penetration of the muscle and more intense contraction.
              
              4. I still don't understand what is so great 
              about EMS training?
                     It's not for everybody but 
              here it why you should consider EMS training:
              
              A. If you don't have time for the gym or workout, it can tighten 
              and tone muscles to give you a slimmer appearance. EMS training 
              is similar to doing isometric exercises but maintaining a 95% intensity 
              throughout the workout. Perfect example: Hold your right arm down 
              with your left hand. Now pull against that hand for ten seconds. 
              Feel the burn and tightness in your arm. Try that for 5 minutes 
              and your start to get tired. Now EMS devices do that but without 
              reducing the intensity.
              
              B. You work out and come home with tired and sore muscles. EMS devices 
              can reduce and relievev muscle aches and soreness.
              
              C: You want to increase your muscle mass but don't want to take 
              steroids. EMS training helps your by warming up muscle group andg. 
              It has been known that after the use of EMS devices that individuals 
              achieve personal best.
              
              5. When will I notice a difference?
                     It will take about 3 - 4 weeks 
              to see any real, noticeable improvement. The improvement could be 
              a slimmer waistline or a tighter muscle on the muscle group you're 
              working.
              
              6. I understand that the unit may be used for 
              pain management; how does this work?
                     By setting the PHASE button 
              to MONO and doing a very light stimulation of the area for about 
              15 minutes, you feel minor relief. The model x000 is activating 
              your body's own natural pain reliever and concentrating it in the 
              area that hurts. TENS Units 
              are used primarily for pain relief.
              
              7. Can I use a muscle stimulator on my face 
              and neck?
                     We never recommend the use 
              of muscle stimulators on the face or neck. We do recommend a facial 
              stimulator instead to reduce wrinkles and tighten facial muscles
              
              8. What is RECIPROCATION?
                     Reciprocation is when one channel 
              is on and the other channel is off, then they alternate with the 
              other channel turning on. It used for SUPERSETTING muscle groups. 
              An example is stimulating biceps and triceps. Instead of switching 
              pads around, you can put pads on the biceps and triceps. Turn on 
              the Reciprocation mode and stimulate biceps in cycle and then in 
              the next cycle stimulate triceps.
             
              
                MYTHS 
              
            
             
              
                1. 45 minutes of EMS is like 4 hours in the 
                gym!
                       We would love to say "YES" 
                but the truth is "NO". There is no evidence that using EMS is 
                equal to 4 hours in the gym. Studies have shown that EMS is effective 
                for toning and strengthening muscles, and as a training aid with 
                resistance training. We can help you workout a program that is 
                very effective in developing your strength or toning your body.
                
                2. ONE hour of EMS is equal to 300 to 400 
                sit-ups!
                       Unfortunately, research does 
                not support those claims. EMS is effective in sliming the abdominal 
                area but not in the same way as doing sit-ups. EMS use combined 
                with regular abdominal exercise can enhance the effectiveness 
                of both means of exercise.
                
                3. EMS training will burn fat and calories 
                away!
                       Contrary to what some competitors 
                claim, EMS does not burn fat or burn a lot of calories in a workout. 
                It does work and tone the muscle which gives a slimmer appearance
                .
                4. With EMS anyone can develop 22 inch arms 
                and massive legs muscles!
                      This is a myth perpetuated by some 
                people in the industry. You cannot develop 22 inch biceps with 
                EMS devices alone. Through a combination of EMS and resistive 
                training, you can develop your muscle groups a lot further than 
                by resistive training alone. You have to remember that many factors 
                includinh your own body's genetics will determine how massive 
                you will get through training.
                       While the EMS device by itself 
                will not develop massive arms, it can tighten and tone your existing
